Extensive experience in preparing shawarma.
Completely independent work: taking orders, preparing and serving.
Job responsibilities:
Preparing shawarma strictly according to the recipe;
Maintaining cleanliness (keeping order during shifts and cleaning the work area after work, wearing protective clothing and a hat);
Compliance with safety requirements (compliance with technical standards and rules for handling sharp objects).
Quantity control (ordering goods on time).
Quality control of products used (observing expiration dates, maintaining temperature conditions, assessing product freshness by taste, smell, color, consistency, and appearance); discarding defective raw materials (preventing spoilage of raw materials, checking quantity and quality).
Customer service: accepting payments from customers, regular communication with couriers.
Conducting inventory.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in making shawarma.
Proficiency in Russian and Estonian/English at least at the B1 level.
Self-motivated and hard-working. Valid medical certificate or willingness to undergo a health check.
Ability to communicate with customers and couriers (BOLT, WOLT). Employee requirements: politeness and communication skills.
Working conditions
Work schedule: 12-hour shifts.
Salary: from €6 net per hour.
Official employment contract.
